PhishMe’s support doesn’t end after the launch of your training exercises.

As part of your annual license, PhishMe provides a set of basic support hours to help execute and monitor the exercises for your organization. These support hours are generally reserved for assessing any unique technical issues or problems that may arise for each customer. For customers that have advanced support requests in excess of the typical needs included in the basic support package, PhishMe can customize an additional support package at a reasonable hourly rate.

As a free complement to your annual license, you will also receive unlimited reviews by our experienced team of the phishing scenarios you create before they are released. All you, as an administrator, have to do is simply click the review selection box on the scenario scheduling screen and our experienced support engineers will compare your efforts with our best practices, providing you with pointers to help tune the exercises effectiveness to best mirror real-world attacks.

For customers new to social engineering, we have designed a week long Kick-Start Program to help you enhance your current policies and procedures. This is an excellent way to quickly establish an effective awareness program by building upon our unmatched expertise.
